Over the last week I’ve become increasingly mystified and bewildered about some of the pants-on-head insanity of the takes I’m seeing about how terrible and awful Ukraine and Zelenskyy are and how upright and blameless the sweet and noble Russian Federation and Putin are in the current conflict.
I don’t know what’s going on, but I know the frequency of propaganda I see in my FB, IG, and X feeds is discouraging. Just so you know folks, just because you voted for a guy doesn’t mean you have to follow his lead on every single topic. That’s not patriotism. It’s unthinking idiocy.
Here is an Op-Ed from Douglas Murray, a very smart dude whom I think gets to the heart of things. A lot of folks should read it and contemplate on it.
